Honda Insight hybrid refresh

Our colleagues at CNET.com recently got a closer look at the new, improved Honda Insight hybrid and made this video. It's set to be the most affordable part-electric, part-petrol car on the market at under $20,000. It's had a radical makeover from the 1999 version -- unfortunately, it looks radically similar to the Toyota Prius.
