Guess what, international playboys and playgirls, it's Planet CNET time. This week, Kaori Amoto shows off some Japanese leg-shaving tech for men, and our own Rory Reid's off to visit a tech-loving hippy who looks like Dr Evil. "Hippies?" you ask. "Rory wouldn't be seen dead dancing next to no hippies," you might conceivably continue. Damn straight -- but our boy is visiting London's Surya nightclub for a good reason: it has a dancefloor that can turn dancing into electricity, which powers the club's sound system, air conditioning and lights.
