The W800i is a nicely featured handset, comfortable to use and with great battery life. It plays music reasonably well, and holds a lot of it thanks to the capacious bundled Memory Stick Pro Duo. But getting music onto the handset is difficult and the quality of sound output is poor. We'll wait for the next generation of music phone
