Hitachi StarBoard interactive surface

We weren't too busy drooling over Hitachi's ultra-thin TVs on display at CES to capture one of the company's coolest technologies on video. The Hitachi StarBoard combines a short-throw LCD projector and a touch-sensitive, 50-inch surface, allowing you to interact with a computer using your hands. You can complete different actions on the screen, so you can sift through or resize photos or even zoom in on Google Maps with just the flick of your finger. This interactive touchscreen kept us amused for hours.
